The Reddit monitoring tool to price first is F5Bot or Syften, and Brand24 earns its higher price when Reddit is one source among news and social. The five options below were read on October 24, 2026.

Alert speed on Reddit

Reddit rules before you reply

Reddit's Rule 2 asks users to participate authentically and not spam, and Rule 5 bars misleading others or deceptive impersonation. Reddit also asks users to follow each community's rules.

The FTC Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255) say a material connection must be disclosed clearly and conspicuously, and one example is an employee posting in an online community. A founder replying about the company's product says so in the reply. Reddit's Data API Terms point commercial use of the Data APIs to a separate agreement, which matters if you script Reddit data.

Social listening tools for Reddit as one source among many

Among social listening tools for Reddit, Brand24 collects Reddit on every plan and adds news, blogs and X, with YouTube and TikTok from Team. Brand24 says its intent tags flag posts with a high likelihood of purchasing. Individual is $249 a month, billed monthly, or $199 a month, billed annually.

The founder's product and two competitors use three keywords, all that Individual allows, so Team, at $349 a month, billed monthly, with 7 keywords fits better. Brand24 shows Reddit next to other sources during a 14-day trial.
