Brand24 pricing: five plans counted four ways
Brand24 lists Individual, Team, Pro, Business and Enterprise plans on its pricing page, with a toggle between Monthly and Annually billing. This guide leaves the amounts to that page, because plan prices are among the first things a vendor changes and the toggle changes what you see. The page text read on October 24, 2026 counts each plan four ways: keywords, monthly mentions, users and update speed.
What each plan counts
- Individual: 3 keywords, 2K mentions a month, 1 user, an update every 12 hours and AI sentiment analysis.
- Team: 7 keywords, 10K mentions a month, unlimited users, an update every hour and chat support.
- Pro: 12 keywords, 40K mentions a month, unlimited users, realtime updates, priority support and AI Insights and AI Topics for 2 projects.
- Business: 25 keywords, 100K mentions a month, unlimited users, realtime updates, advanced reports and a client success lead.
- Enterprise: a custom keyword count and mentions limit, billed annually, set in a conversation with the vendor.
- Trial: 14 days on Pro features with up to 10 keywords, according to the help center, which is more than the Individual plan lists.
What can add to the bill: fees and add-ons
- Extra keywords: the FAQ says Brand24 does not charge automatically for keywords above your limit. You upgrade or buy more, and the terms say the added fee is prorated for the days left in the period.
- Mentions above the limit: the FAQ says collection can continue and overage fees follow the rates in the Price List or your account settings, and that the vendor may notify you as you approach the limit.
- Add-ons: Smart Context Search and the AI Visibility module are listed as add-ons, and the comparison table marks some data access rows, which include the API, as an extra fee.
- Card renewals: the terms say that when you pay by card, each later period is charged automatically until you cancel.
Size a plan before you pay: keywords first, then mentions
Count keywords first. Brand24's help center names four common keyword types: your brand name, a product or service name, an industry term and a competitor name. If you track all four, the three keywords on the entry plan are used before you add a spelling variant or a hashtag.
Then estimate mentions. Run free alerts on the same names for two weeks, as brand monitoring tools for small business describes, and count what arrives. A rare brand name may return a modest number each month. A common word can return far more than a plan allows, so enter the most specific form of each name.
Where the vendor's pages disagree
- Refunds: the terms offer a refund up to one month back if the user makes no use of the service, while the pricing FAQ calls fees generally non-refundable. Get the answer in writing.
- Annual plans: the Annually toggle carries an up-to-3-months-free label, yet the FAQ says an annual plan starts after the trial by contacting the vendor. Ask how an annual plan is started and what the label means for your plan.
- Trial versus plan: the trial runs on Pro features, so a trial can show more than the plan you would buy.
When a paid plan is worth it, and who should skip one
If you watch one business name and read results once a week, free alerts may cover it, and a paid plan is hard to justify for a handful of mentions. Paying makes sense when several people need shared dashboards, reports or fast alerts across many sources. Read the Brand24 review for what the plan limits mean in practice, and use the trial on your own names before you commit.
