On Brand24, a store that wants TikTok and review sites in one feed needs Pro, $499 a month billed monthly as read on October 24, 2026; Team, $349 a month billed monthly, adds TikTok but not reviews. BrandMentions Starter and Awario Starter suit a smaller budget, and Mention (mention.com) lists 75+ review sites through a demo.

Product names, the store domain and rivals as keywords

Brand24 recommends brand names, product or service names, domains and industry terms as keywords, and a competitor's name works the same way. Each word or phrase counts as one keyword, and Brand24 says to avoid full URLs and email addresses. A store with a brand, one product line, its domain and two competitors uses five keywords, which is more than Individual's 3 and fits Team's 7.

Awario counts topics, each a keyword or group of keywords, so Starter's 3 topics can hold several names. BrandMentions Starter allows 5 keywords. Brand24 prints no price for an extra keyword; its help center says extra keywords are bought in Account Settings. Reviews, app stores and marketplace mentions

Brand24 lists reviews as a source from Pro, and its help center says review pages such as App Store, Google Play and Trustpilot can be added as sources. Sentiment, a positive, negative or neutral label set by software, is on every plan and works as a filter from Pro.

Mention's pricing page lists 75+ review sites, including Amazon and Trustpilot, and offers a demo. Its help center says Mention is no longer sold on its own, so ask in the demo what it sells today.

TikTok, Instagram and YouTube for a store

In Brand24's comparison table, TikTok and YouTube both start at Team, and Individual leaves them off. Brand24 says it can match spoken keywords in TikTok videos on monitored profiles when captions exist, and that it may miss some spoken mentions.

Instagram needs a Business or Creator account, and Brand24's help center says Instagram's API allows 30 unique hashtags per integration. Brand24 says it never collected Instagram or Facebook Stories.
