What the Brand24 free trial includes

Brand24's free trial lasts 14 days, and its pricing FAQ says no credit card is required. Brand24's 14-day trial runs on Pro plan features with up to 10 keywords and 30k mentions, refreshed every 24 hours, so it can show more than the entry plan a small business would buy.

A keyword is any word or phrase you want Brand24 to watch for, such as a brand name, a product, a hashtag or a domain, and each one counts toward the plan's limit. A mention is one result that contains a keyword: a post, a blog entry, a forum thread or a news article.

The trial also allows up to 5 users and gives four questions to the AI Brand Assistant. Its one named limitation is 100 mentions a day from X (formerly Twitter) and Instagram. That 24-hour refresh is slower than the paid plans, which refresh every 12 hours, every hour or, from Pro, within 15 minutes.

Is Brand24 free after the trial?

No. Brand24 has no free plan: the entry plan, Individual, is $249 a month, billed monthly, as read on October 24, 2026. The trial ends after 14 days unless you pick a plan, and without a paid plan your access to the platform is restricted.

Brand24's Brand Checker is not a free check of your own name. It asks you to select one of 100+ brands that Brand24 chose, then asks you to unlock unlimited access.

How to use 14 days well

Write the names down before you sign up, because each name uses a keyword. A brand name, a product name, a domain and two competitors already use five keywords, which is more than Individual's 3 and fewer than Team's 7.

1. List the brand, product, domain and competitor names. Brand24's help center advises against full URLs and email addresses as keywords.
2. Create the project. Brand24 starts every project with a sample of data from the last 30 days.
3. Count the mentions that arrive for each name, then compare the count with the limits in the table below: Individual allows 2K mentions a month and Team 10k.

Moving to a paid or annual Brand24 plan

Billed monthly, Individual is $249 a month, Team $349 and Pro $499, as read on October 24, 2026. Billed annually, the same three plans are $199, $299 and $399 a month, but annual billing starts with a contact after the trial.

Brand24 accepts MasterCard, Visa and American Express, and bank transfer for annual plans, per its FAQ. Refund terms differ between its terms and its FAQ. A trial account can be deleted on request. The Brand24 review lists what each plan adds.
